Zaitoon Return and Exchange Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Zaitoon. If you encounter any issues, we are happy to assist you with the following policy:
Return and Exchange Conditions:
- You can request an exchange or return within 15 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return or Exchange Procedure:

- Provide Details: Please provide your order number and mobile phone number.
- State the Reason: Clearly state the reason for the return or exchange and specify the product to be exchanged.
- In Case of Damage or Error: If the product is damaged, does not match the image on the website, or if a wrong item (size or color) was sent, please provide clear pictures and explain the issue within two days of receiving the product.
- Shipping Costs: Zaitoon will cover the shipping costs if the product is damaged or if a wrong product was sent, with a commitment to replace or refund the product.
- If the Return or Exchange is for Another Reason: The customer will bear the full shipping costs for the return or exchange.
- Issue After Use: If an issue arises after use, please contact us and provide detailed information and clear pictures when the issue appears.
- Quality Inspection: If the product requires quality inspection, it will be received and examined by our quality control department, and the customer will be informed of the appropriate action within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Offer Violations: If the customer benefited from a special offer and the terms of the offer are violated after the return or exchange, the offer will be canceled.
Refund Methods:
- If Paid by Cash: The amount will be refunded via Vodafone Cash or any other electronic wallet.
- If Paid by Visa: The amount will be refunded through the bank account.
Expected Time for Return and Exchange:
- Return and exchange requests will be processed within 48 business hours.
- The exchanged products will be delivered within 5 To 7 business days.
